Delivery and return

DELIVERY

Immediate items will be available to you within 1-5 working days (Monday-Saturday) delivered with DHL. Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.

We would also be happy to try to send you the shipping abroad if you contact us with a corresponding request, atinfo@angelamiklas.de .

Please note:
The delivery can be delayed by a working day if there is a Sunday or public holiday between ordering and delivery.

 Return

To save paper, we ask you to make a short email that you want to return the shipment. We will then send you a return certificate, which enables the return in one of more than 25,000 DHL packaging shops in Germany.

How to return your article

  1. Fill out the return slip (optional). We look forward to your feedback and use the return for improving our products and services.
  2. Pack the article together with the return license in the shipping card.
  3. Glue the return license clearly visible on your package.
  4. Give the package in one Post office or around the clock at a DHL Packstation near them.

We will notify you by email as soon as we have edited your return. When returning the item ordered, the corresponding value of goods will be refunded from the same payment method, which you used when you order. Experience has shown that the banking time can take a few working days to process the amount on your credit card account after return booking. This is due to the processing speed of your bank, which we unfortunately cannot influence.

Please understand that we can currently only receive the returns of articles that were bought in the Angela Miklas online shop.

If you would like to return items acquired otherwise, please contact the business where you bought these items directly. A solution may be offered here if necessary.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

CREDIT CARD

In the Angela Miklas online shop you can easily and safely pay by credit card (AMEX and MasterCard). Please understand that we cannot accept so-called prepaid credit cards.

State-of-the-art encryption techniques, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the 3D Secure process, make your credit card purchase in the Angela Miklas Shop particularly secure.


In the order process, we need the check digit of the card in addition to the card number, the validity and credit card company. You can also find this three- or four-digit number on your credit card.

PayPal

The free online service PayPal is available as a further payment method in the Angela Miklas online shop. Open a PayPal account, link your bank account or credit card with your PayPal account and pay simply and safely with PayPal. Please note that the verification of your PayPal account can take a few days.

The payment methods offered here apply to the Angela Miklas online shop and not for other shops in which Angela Miklas articles can be purchased.
